Lighting composition
LC0102
A composition about the berry and the thorn. Thousands of faceted spheres form a soft pale mass, among which narrow bronze petals with sharp tips are scattered. Berry and claw in a single thicket — the way any real bush is built.
The spheres hang densely, in layers, with a ragged lower edge; the metal elements are turned in different directions and work as dark accents in a pale field. Above, a net of fine cables with point lights holds the composition.
By day it is a cloud of berries — pale, sparkling, with a few dark strokes inside it. In the evening the light passes through the clusters and breaks on every facet: the mass sparkles and loses its source entirely, while the bronze petals reflect it directionally and give rare warm flares. The contrast is set by temperature — a cool white scatter with hot strokes inside it. A thicket full of sparks.
Where it works
Generous rooms — lobbies, banquet and wedding halls, double-height living rooms, atria. Light that breaks up gives plenty of glare: this is a ceremonial piece, not a working one.
Style
Grand classicism and Art Deco: the scatter as a symbol of abundance. The message is festive — a piece for a space where people celebrate.
The overall size, the number of spheres, the share of metal elements and the drop heights are all made to order.
