The warranty covers original Vargov®Design pieces.
The original product
Protecting the brand from counterfeits is one of our highest priorities. We understand how much trust in Vargov®Design matters and do everything we can to ensure clients receive only original pieces. That is why we have developed specific measures to prevent counterfeit goods and to protect the product in transit.
Seven stages of protection

The elements
Every Vargov®Design element is a unique authored piece that needs particular care and protection at every stage of delivery. All components are carefully wrapped in a special protective film that shields them from accidental scratches and damage in transit.

Durability
High-quality materials add a further layer of protection inside the box. Dense foam supports the elements and stops them shifting during transport: it absorbs external impacts and significantly reduces the risk of damage.

Information
Every package includes a cardboard welcome sheet with the company logo clearly displayed. Inside it is detailed information about the trademark and the brand, confirming the authenticity of the product. From the first moments with the piece, the client can see that this is a unique design object.

Branding
The box is sealed with branded transparent adhesive tape carrying the logo in the brand's colours — an important mark of authenticity. When you buy a Vargov®Design product, every detail of the packaging has been considered for both protection and presentation.

Protection
One of the key elements of our packaging is sturdy timber crating. It forms a reliable frame around the box and minimises the risk of damage in transit. Where required, pieces are additionally packed in a plywood box, which allows the product to arrive intact in the most remote corners of the world. A plywood box costs from $200 per 1 m³.

Preservation
Once the crating is complete, the box is wrapped in nylon sacking. This material adds protection against moisture, dust and other environmental factors, keeping the package clean and shielding the piece from outside influences.

Cleanliness
At the final stage the box is covered with heavy protective film — a barrier against mechanical damage and impacts. This layer allows a Vargov®Design piece to reach the client in perfect condition, however far it has to travel.
These multi-stage measures ensure that every original Vargov®Design composition or element reaches the client in excellent condition. This is how we maintain our standards of quality and keep the trust of clients around the world.

When your order arrives, inspect the packaging carefully for damage. If you notice any defects, photograph them and contact our support team.
Installation guidance
Given the complexity and uniqueness of our lighting compositions, we recommend using the official Vargov®Design installers. Our specialists have the knowledge and experience for a professional installation — which guarantees that every element works correctly and stays intact.
