This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how the operator — Anton Vargov (the Vargov® Design brand, “we”, the “Operator”) — processes and protects the personal data of visitors to vargov.ru and its related resources (the “Site”). The Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

By using the Site and submitting your data through the contact forms, you confirm your agreement with this Policy.

• Data you provide yourself — when filling in contact forms, requesting a consultation or getting in touch: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referral source, pages viewed and actions taken on the Site. Collected automatically via cookies and web analytics systems.
• Data from social networks — when you arrive from a social network or interact with our posts, the platforms may pass on anonymised statistics.

3. Purposes of processing

• responding to enquiries and handling requests for products and services;
• informing you about Vargov® Design products, collections and events (with your consent);
• traffic analytics and improvement of the Site;
• marketing and display of relevant materials, including on social networks and advertising platforms (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and others).

Data is processed on the basis of your consent, for the performance of a contract, or on the basis of the Operator’s legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be transferred to:

• providers of the Site’s infrastructure and hosting;
• web analytics services (for example, Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics);
• social networks and advertising platforms (Pinterest, Meta and others) — in anonymised form for analytics and advertising;
