Lighting composition
LC0578
The plates are crumpled like a sheet of paper and keep their accidental folds; some are finished in burgundy lacquer, others in golden mirror. They overlap in layers and turn different ways, so no reflection matches. Small candle-shaped sources drop between the plates, and the light lands in a fold where it stays as a bright band. The mass gathers into a wide bowl. Made to project.
