Composition video LC0496 The inspiration for LC0496 was a shoal of fish — one of the most beautiful phenomena of nature, where dozens of separate creatures move as a single living organism. All the elements are made of hand-crafted art glass. Their smooth organic form emphasises natural plasticity, while a brass insert with an integrated light source fills the glass with a warm inner glow, turning each ‘fish’ into an independent light object. As the viewing point changes, the composition constantly transforms. From some angles the shoal looks dense and gathered; from others it breaks into separate silhouettes and comes together again into a single whole. It is precisely this sense of living movement that makes LC0496 not just a light fixture but a true kinetic sculpture, despite its complete stillness.
