A composition about a branch found in a forest. The composition spreads horizontally, repeating the curve of a real branch — not straightened and not symmetrical, but as it grew.

Points of warm light hide in the thick of the leaves like berries: they have to be spotted, they are not put on show.

By day it is white with occasional gold on the cold shine of the branches — a fresh, spring note, a piece read through the silhouettes of the leaves. In the evening the garland glows through the foliage like a window through a canopy: the sources are invisible, and the light pushes through in patches between the leaves.

Where it works

Dining rooms, living rooms, winter gardens, restaurant halls, reception desks. The horizontal garland is calculated for the length of the table.

Style

Art Nouveau and Scandinavian minimalism: the branch as a motif without stylisation. The message is fresh and spring-like — a piece for a light interior.
