The same image without light. Three white figures on fine rods on a shared base: one ahead, two following, all in different phases of movement. The author removes the electricity and leaves the plasticity alone — a test of the form's strength.

The smooth curve of a wing, a drawn-out tail, an edge lifted slightly — the moment of a turn in the body of water, caught in three positions at once.

By day the glossy surface gathers the light of the room and lights itself: the sculpture looks luminous with not a single lamp. In the evening, under directed light, it is chiaroscuro that works — a highlight along the edge of a wing, a deep shadow beneath it — and the figures acquire a volume invisible by day.

Where it works

A console in an entrance hall, a long chest of drawers, a meeting room — wherever an accent is needed without colour and without electricity. No wiring is required: it can be placed anywhere.

Style

Contemporary sculpture and minimalism: white, form, nothing more. The message is restrained — a piece for an interior for which one detail is enough.
