A composition about a whirlwind. The cascade is wound into a spiral: it begins high as a narrow stream, widens at the middle and narrows again below, curving around an invisible axis. The form is taken not from an object but from a movement — this is how leaves fall in a rising current.

The elements are small, no larger than a palm, and read almost not at all on their own: only the mass works. The cables vanish into darkness and are invisible, so the petals appear to hang unsupported.

By day it is the trace left by a whirlwind — a drawing in the air, living on reflected light, all but imperceptible. In the evening the principal device takes over: not all the elements glow but one in ten. The gold backings give warm flares, the clear fragments cold sparks, and the rest of the mass stays dark. It is precisely that selectiveness that creates the sense of movement: a current of sparks descending between floors.

A vertical format for tall openings — stairwells, atria, shafts between floors, double-height living rooms. The spiral is designed for the specific height and viewpoint.
