A composition about an organ. The tubes in each cluster are cut to different heights, so the upper contour is stepped — the same logic as organ pipes, where length determines pitch. Here length determines the depth at which the glowing point hangs.

The clusters hang at varied levels and almost touch — together they read both as an organ and as a stalagmite forest. The material is clear and colourless, with occasional bubbles inside.

By day it is a transparent forest — clear verticals read through highlights, the composition visible right through. In the evening the light enters from above and travels down each cylinder like a lightguide: the cylinder itself stays almost invisible, while the lower cut flares into a bright point. Hundreds of glowing circles hang at varied depths — rain stopped mid-fall.

Where it works

Generous rooms — lobbies, atria, stairwells, double-height living rooms, banquet halls. The multi-level arrangement reads from below and from the side: it needs volume.

Style

Contemporary minimalism and architectural classicism: the vertical as the only motif. The message is austere and ceremonial — a piece for a formal space.
