Lighting composition
LC0439
A composition about repetition. Hundreds of identical gestures differing only in height and tilt — the botany here is strict, almost architectural, and that is the strength of the piece: a forest reads through quantity rather than variety.
Every flower is drawn out into a tube: a green stem flowing into a white bowl, the light sitting in the cut itself. The direction is firm — downward.
By day it is a dense forest on invisible suspensions: a green gradient passing into white, a piece read through the rhythm of the verticals. In the evening every calla becomes a living spotlight — the light goes down in narrow cones, and a field of light pools appears beneath the composition.
Where it works
Lobbies, dining rooms, meeting rooms, restaurant halls. The downward light gives working illumination of a zone rather than only atmosphere.
Style
Art Nouveau and modernism: a botanical motif with architectural rigour. The message is clear and functional — a piece for the image and for the light alike.
The number of callas, the green gradient and the area of the forest are all made to order.
