A composition about a bouquet in a narrow vase. From a massive cylindrical base rises a bundle of fine tubes, each finishing in a trumpet with a wavy rim. The flowers look in different directions and are raised to different heights — the way callas stand, not the way an artificial arrangement does.

It is a rare case of an art object delivering full functional lighting: light comes out of the depth of the trumpets in soft cones — up, sideways, onto the wall — and the direction of each flower is chosen at assembly.

By day the floor lamp reads as a silhouette: white gloss or mirrored trumpets on fine stems, the polished base reflecting the floor and making the piece visually lighter. In the evening the flowers throw light around the room in exactly the directions the client set — a bouquet that illuminates.
