A composition about opposing movement. Below, large clear leaves hang low and flat, forming the main mass; above, small gold ones break away alone and rise high toward the ceiling. The heavy falls, the light ascends — read from below upward, the piece is movement, not arrangement.

The cables vanish into darkness, so the leaves appear to hang unsupported.

By day it is a leaf-fall caught halfway: a dense clear lower body veined with fine lines, and sparse gold points above. In the evening the light passes through several lower layers and reveals the whole venation in silhouette, while the gold leaves above reflect it and throw rare warm flares into the void. Most of the upper zone stays dark — a crown lit only in its lower tiers.

Where it works

Generous rooms with high ceilings — atria, lobbies, stairwells, double-height living rooms. The upward scatter needs height: without it the opposing movement does not read.
