The same fracture, taken off the wall. The wings with their split-rock texture are released into the air and repeated — not one object but a mass: dozens of fractures at different heights, each with its own vertical slit of light.

The device stays the same — it is not the mass that glows but the crack — yet in the plural it reads differently: there it was a single pause, here it is their rhythm.

By day it is a dark sculptural field: the black texture reads as relief, the golden veins outline the breaks, the composition is dense and heavy to the eye. In the evening the slits light up through the whole depth of the mass, and the field turns into rock cracked in a hundred places — the light seeps from within while the volume itself stays mute.

Where it works

Lobbies, restaurants, bars, private sitting rooms, gallery spaces. A dark mass asks for dark surroundings: against a light background the contrast stops working.
