Conical glass shades with vertical fluting hang together on thin cables. A brass rod runs through each one: closed above by a ring that holds the source, it continues below and ends in a point of light. The fluting breaks the light into vertical bands, while the lower tip gives a narrow directed beam. The shades sit at different heights, so the group reads as one volume. Made to project.
