A composition about lace turned by the sea. The organic perforation in the white plates reads as coral lace — a pattern nobody drew: the water left it.

Between the layers, coloured butterflies flit — blue, amber, gold. The colour is metered like a brooch on a white dress: the composition is festive without being gaudy.

By day it is a three-dimensional white cloud with occasional coloured accents: the perforation reads as graphic work, the butterflies as points of colour. In the evening light burns inside the lace and shows through the openings as hundreds of warm points, while the butterflies' wings pick it up and flare — a white field in which precious details have lit up.

Where it works

Living rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms, wedding halls, boutiques. The layered cloud requires height — pressed to the ceiling, it loses its depth.
