A composition about handwriting. Hundreds of commas written by one hand, and not one of them the same: each is curved by its own movement — a rise, a turn, a fall. A form on the edge of calligraphy, where what matters is not the letter but the pressure.

The flock is dense, glossy white intermixed with matte gold.

By day it is calligraphy in the air: white and gold read through curves and overlays, a formal piece without heaviness. In the evening warm points of light are scattered deep inside the flock — they light the elements from within the mass, and the handwriting appears in layers: the near lines sharp, the far ones blurred.

Where it works

Living rooms, dining rooms, lobbies, reception rooms, reception desks. The dense flock reads from a distance: the composition is calculated for the view from the entrance.

Style

Contemporary Art Deco and calligraphic aesthetics: the gesture instead of the form. The message is light and graceful — a piece for an interior that values a line.
