An object with two faces. Outside, white modesty with not a single highlight; inside, solid gold. Walk around it and the piece changes completely, from matte restraint to baroque opulence.

Each cup is tilted so as to reveal its interior only from one particular position. The composition decides for itself to whom and when it will open — and that is built into the geometry, not left to chance.

By day it is a collection of white cups, calm and almost monastic. In the evening the gold flares from within, and the cascade becomes a cloud of warm light in which the white can no longer be seen.

A vertical format for staircases, bay windows, double-height living rooms, tall entrance halls, private dining rooms.

Style

Contemporary classic and neo-baroque: pale walls, mouldings, gilded detail. The message is restraint with opulence behind it — the piece makes no announcement but rewards whoever comes closer.
