Shell and burning core. From outside the element stays white and opaque; inside it burns — the light emerges through a narrow warm slot at the fold.

The flock is not drawn up but scattered: rods of varying length, elements at varying angles, as though the wind had just caught them. The upper zone stays transparent — only rods running to the ceiling.

By day it is a cloud of white paper: folded sheets, wings, sails — the form reads as all of these at once. In the evening only the linings glow, and the swarm becomes a flock burning on the reverse of its wings.

Where it works

For large horizontal spaces: lobbies, dining rooms, meeting rooms, panoramic living rooms, banquet halls.

Style

Contemporary minimalism and Japanese aesthetics: paper, timber, clean planes, an absence of ornament. The message is origami — something complex obtained by one fold of something simple.
