Lighting composition
LC0166
A composition about the seed. An elongated grain with pointed ends — a form in which everything is compressed to the limit: it is a pip, a spindle and a drop caught in flight all at once. The author does not specify which, because what all three share is concentration, a readiness to unfold.
The mass is arranged freely, without an array: denser at the centre, sparser at the edges, the lower edge wavy. Gold takes up most of it, with clear and opaque green set in as occasional accents — the way a crown carries leaves of a different age.
By day it is a scatter of seeds in the air: warm, calm, read through silhouette. In the evening the three finishes begin to behave differently — the gold flares sharply, the clear throws white sparks, the green fills with an opaque tone without a single highlight. The composition shimmers unevenly, like a crown in wind.
Where it works
An elongated horizontal format — long dining tables, bar counters, meeting rooms, lobbies. The free layout needs length to spare: compressed, it loses its randomness.
Style
Organic modernism with a jewellery accent: a natural form in an expensive finish. The message is warm — a piece for an interior that loves gold but dislikes ceremony.
The length, the number of elements, the ratio of finishes and the drop heights are all made to order.
