A composition about a state rather than an object. There is no lighting here in the ordinary sense — there is light coming apart, weightlessness and quiet dynamics: the space around the composition turns into air.
Every feather is unique: its own curve, its own plasticity, its own moment of flight. The vortex is dense, circling.
By day it is a gust of air set in a body: clear fluid forms read through highlights and have almost no mass. In the evening points of light dissolved in the vortex flare along the edges — the mass itself stays invisible, only the edges glow, and the movement appears as contours.
Where it works
Living rooms, lobbies, spa areas, boutiques, gallery spaces. The composition creates atmosphere — separate functional light is needed with it.
Style
Contemporary sculptural installation: air as a material. The message is poetic — a piece for a space that wants a mood.
The number of feathers, the scale of the vortex and the density are all made to order.
