A composition about a regatta in the dark. Triangular prisms hang from chrome yard-bars — the form quotes a sail outright and the bars read as spars: a fleet held still before the start.
Geometry and colour make the piece graphic: this is the most architectural of the brand's green series.
By day it is emerald triangles on chrome — the radial carving reads as hatching, the composition strict and clean. In the evening light comes from the bars and fills the sails, the facets flaring cold emerald: the fleet catches fire in green.
Where it works
Lobbies, meeting rooms, restaurants, showrooms, contemporary living rooms. The saturated green tints the air: neutral surfaces are needed nearby.
Style
Modernism and marine classicism: the sail as a geometric sign. The message is graphic and contemporary — a piece for an interior of straight lines.
The number of sails, the depth of the green tone and the spacing are all made to order.
