A composition about a seed. A smooth drop — a form in which everything is compressed and nothing is shown; on some elements there is the finest engraving of patterns, like carving on a shell. The difference between smooth and carved gives the composition a second plane that is visible only close up.
The wave is broad and the suspensions invisible: the mass reads as hovering.
By day it is a quiet pastel — white and turquoise, smooth matte, the rhythm of the drops. The composition does not argue with an interior, it gives it room to breathe. In the evening points of light hidden in individual seeds shine downward in warm beams: not all of them burn, only the chosen ones, and the field acquires accents it did not have by day.
Where it works
Bedrooms, living rooms, spa areas, meeting rooms, reception rooms. The meditative rhythm and soft light suit zones where people stay a while.
Style
Scandinavian minimalism and natural Art Nouveau: pastel and a smooth form. The message is calm — a piece for an interior that calms.
The number of seeds, the balance of white to turquoise and the shape of the wave are all made to order.
