A knot whose beginning cannot be found. The loops enter one another, cross, break off — a topology the eye tries to untangle and cannot.

The pink is muted almost to haze, and the ribbing adds a metallic cast.

By day the composition has to be walked around: each side reads as a new drawing and none of them gives the whole picture. In the evening the lights overlay each other where the ribbons cross, and bright knots appear there — a map the eye tries to travel.
