Lighting composition
LC0264
A shoal held still in the current. Every wing is curved in its own way: some folded almost in half, others barely bent — phases of a single movement laid out through the air.
The light spreads along the concave surface from inside: from below you see a glowing underside, from above the plate stays dark. The composition shows itself only to whoever stands beneath it — from above it barely exists.
By day it is a shoal mid-turn — smoky pink, iridescent, with inner currents running through the mass. In the evening it becomes a cloud of glowing wings at different heights with darkness falling away between them.
Where it works
Generous halls with high ceilings: lobbies, double-height living rooms, restaurants, spas, pools.
Style
Soft Art Nouveau and resort luxury: a pastel palette, pale fabrics, natural stone. The message is fluidity — the composition is about slow movement through a dense medium.
The number of elements, the spread of the shoal and the tone are all made to order.

@vargov_design →Composition video LC0264 A light composition of art glass in the ‘Cognac’ and ‘Amber’ colours Warm shades of glass can completely change the character of an object. In a clear version the composition recalls a light cloud or a stream of air, but in ‘Cognac’ and ‘Amber’ it takes on an entirely different mood — deeper, nobler and more emotional. Each glass element seems filled with sunlight frozen within the material. Warm honey shimmer, golden reflexes and the soft tones of aged cognac create the sense of precious glass that comes alive with every change of light. The complex plasticity of the elements recalls flowing fabric, the wings of manta rays or smooth waves frozen mid-movement. Thanks to the varying drop heights, the composition constantly changes its silhouette, revealing new angles and a play of reflections. Which version speaks to you more — noble ‘Cognac’ or radiant ‘Amber’?
