A composition about morning. The same device as the dark version, read in full light: gold cast branches woven into a sphere, and on them large flowers with a delicate rose-cream shift from the base of the petal to its edge. The surface is velvety, without a single highlight.

The only difference from the twilight version is colour, but it turns the piece over entirely: instead of heavy bronze, a tree in full bloom. The crown looks light and airy, the petals almost translucent. Buds are set among the open flowers — the flowering is still going on.

By day it is a sculptural tree in bloom: rose on gold, a festive and open piece. In the evening the light passes through the thin petals, they light up from within, the rose tone fills and intensifies, and the gold branches pick up the reflection. The crown burns almost entirely — not in separate points but as a cloud.

Where it works

Living rooms with high ceilings, bedrooms, stairwells, wedding and ceremonial halls. It asks for a pale ground: against a white or cream wall it reads more precisely than against a dark one.

Style

Romantic Art Nouveau and contemporary classicism: flowering as the principal subject of an interior. The message is festive and feminine — a piece for a space that wants to give pleasure.
