LC0508
A flock of birds with open wings hangs on fine cables and spirals downward. Each figure is moulded in pale material — white, or graded into lilac — with a gilded beak and breast. The wings are set at different angles, so the outline shifts as you move around the piece. Cables run to the ceiling with no visible fixings, and the flock reads as one movement. Made to project.
