A composition about a game stopped on the winning move. Cubes assemble into a structure with setbacks, cantilevers and towers — a construction set with no final appearance: the composition is built like a building and can take any number of storeys and any configuration.

Between the clear cubes, gold modules with light are set in — they are part of the structure rather than a pendant attached to it.

By day it is transparent architecture: the undulating lens surface distorts everything behind it, and the structure reads through setbacks and refractions. In the evening the gold modules light up inside the construction and the light is multiplied in the facets of the neighbouring cubes — the building glows from within, storey by storey.

Where it works

Contemporary interiors — lofts, lobbies, meeting rooms, showrooms, offices. The strict geometry needs straight lines around it; the configuration is chosen for a specific room.

Style

Bauhaus and architectural minimalism: the module instead of the ornament. The message is rational — a piece for a space that values structure.
