An object with no colour of its own. The composition shows nothing that belongs to it — it gathers up the interior around it and gives it back distorted, the way a drop of water gives back a room.

Because of that the piece never looks the same twice: in the morning it holds the reflection of the window, in the evening the warm light of the lamps; in winter it is grey, in summer green from the garden outside. The owner acquires not an object but a mirror of their own space.

The light is hidden in the joints and strikes the underside of the leaves — only reflected glow escapes, without a single direct beam. By day it is a sculpture in arrested metal; in the evening it is a glowing canopy with not one lamp in sight. The model holds an international award.

A horizontal format — above a long table, in an entrance hall, over a reception desk, in a meeting room, in a showroom.

Style

High-tech and contemporary minimalism: clean planes, glazing, polished stone. The message is intellectual restraint — an object that declines to take the solo and is remembered for exactly that.
