Spring taken as a colour. The lime green is cold and young — the shade that stays on foliage no more than a fortnight a year.
The half-transparency with its milky clouding spreads the light evenly along the full length of each element, with no bright patches. Every "leaf" glows entire — like a real one against the light, with the sun behind it rather than in front.
By day it is a stand of sedge lifted to the ceiling. In the evening it becomes a flock of glowing wings held in flight: the form is the same and the image turns into its opposite.
Where it works
A horizontal format for long tables, lobbies, wide-plan halls, winter gardens, spas.
Style
Eco-modern and Scandinavian freshness: pale wood, linen, live plants, plenty of air. The message is renewal — the composition brings in the beginning of the season rather than its height.
