The same device taken to drama. Here the light does not diffuse but strikes in patches, and the leaves read as shadows against it — charcoal silhouettes on a blazing ground.

This is a tropical evening at a precise moment: the sun already behind the foliage but not yet down. A state that lasts ten minutes in nature stays switched on here for as long as you want it.

By day the panel looks restrained, almost graphic — a dark rectangle with a drawing on it. In the evening it becomes the principal source of mood: the room takes its temperature from a single wall.

Style

Dark modernism and colonial luxury: timber, leather, deep tones, subdued light. The message is a tropical evening — a composition about heat on its way out.
