To that end we have built a comprehensive system for protecting the brand and packing our pieces, and it works in several key stages.

1. Protecting the brand against counterfeits

One of our company's chief priorities is protecting the original product against counterfeits. We understand how much our clients' trust means, and we make sure that every Vargov®Design light composition or element meets the highest standards of quality.

How we protect our products

• Originality. Every piece is designed and made by our own team, which guarantees its exclusivity.
• Branded packaging. Every piece is packed in branded materials, so the original product is easy to recognise.
• The backing of the brand. All our products come with documents confirming their authenticity.

2. The packing process

Safe, careful delivery is an important part of how we work with our clients. That is precisely why we have developed a packing system that gives the product maximum protection at every stage of transport.

The stages of packing

• Protecting the elements. Every Vargov®Design piece is wrapped in a special protective film. This prevents scratches, scuffs and other damage in transit.
• Foam inserts. Inside the box, dense foam inserts hold the pieces firmly in place and shield them from knocks and vibration.
• A welcome sheet. In every box you will find a branded cardboard welcome sheet with the Vargov®Design logo standing out on it. It carries the information about the trademark and the brand that confirms the authenticity of your order.

3. Branded packaging and identity

Every Vargov®Design piece is carefully packed into a box carrying our brand identity, which helps it keep its presentable look all the way through its journey.

• Branded adhesive tape. The box is sealed with transparent tape bearing the company logo in the brand's colours. That is one more confirmation that you have received an original product.
• Branded box. Every box is made in strict accordance with our standards, which guarantees its strength and reliability.

4. Extra protection in transit

We know that delivery, especially over long distances, can carry risks, so we offer comprehensive protection for our products at every stage:

• Timber crating. For added security the box is placed inside timber crating, which minimises the risk of damage. The crating forms a sturdy frame around the box and shields it from outside impact.
• Plywood box. Where required, pieces can be packed into plywood boxes, which give maximum protection. Packing of this kind starts at $80 per 1 m³.
• Nylon sacking. One more layer of protection is the nylon sacking wrapped around the box once the crating is complete. This layer keeps moisture and dust out, which matters especially on long journeys or in storage.

5. The final protection

To rule out any possibility of mechanical damage, the box is covered with heavy protective film that shields it from outside impact. This film not only cushions knocks but also keeps the packaging looking presentable, even after a long journey.

6. Installation recommendations

Given the complexity and uniqueness of our light compositions, we recommend using the official Vargov®Design installers. Our specialists have the knowledge and the experience for a professional installation, which guarantees that every element works correctly and stays intact.

7. What to do when your order arrives

• Inspect the packaging. When your order arrives, inspect the packaging carefully for damage. If you notice any defects, photograph them and contact our support team.
• Installation and mounting. We strongly recommend leaving the installation to professionals. This ensures that the product works correctly and helps you avoid possible problems in use.
