The Vargov®Design factory

Our own Vargov®Design factory makes exclusively original products. That is what guarantees that every lighting element leaving its walls is a true embodiment of our standards of quality and design. Only unique projects are made here, and they are strictly controlled at every stage of production. Everything that leaves the factory carries our mark and reflects our philosophy — no copies, only original and innovative solutions, available solely through Vargov®Design and our official partners.

In the near future the Vargov®Design factory plans to open an additional production line for elements in porcelain and crystal. The aim is to widen the range and to bring exclusive materials into our lighting compositions. Porcelain and crystal will allow finer, more artistic solutions that underline the premium character of Vargov®Design products and answer the requests of the most demanding clients. The new line will be an important step in the factory's growth, opening new room for design experiment and innovation.

We deliberately chose the strategy of developing a single enterprise — our own Vargov®Design factory — rather than placing orders across a scattering of small third-party plants. That decision lets us control every stage of production in full, from the choice of materials to the final assembly of a lighting composition. Developing one enterprise allows us to concentrate on innovation, to keep our processes continuous and to guarantee that every composition we create is exclusive and unique.

Several important steps are planned at the Vargov®Design factory in the near future, all of them aimed at growth and expansion:

Expanding the production floor: capacity will be increased to meet the growing demand for our products. This will let the factory make more lighting compositions and take on larger projects.

Upgrading the equipment: the production lines will be modernised shortly, which will bring in new technologies and automate key processes, improving both efficiency and quality.

Growing the team: as part of the expansion, more qualified specialists will join us to develop and manufacture innovative lighting solutions.

Launching new collections: the factory will work actively on new collections featuring advanced lighting compositions built from the newest materials and technologies.

We want to preserve what makes our factory singular, so that it remains a centre of innovation and of original solutions that cannot be repeated. Every composition created here is the result of advanced technology combined with creative vision — and that is what makes Vargov®Design a brand without equal in the world of lighting design.
