1. Operator

2. Purposes of processing

• replying to my enquiry sent through the form (a price, project or consultation request, a dealer request);
• preparing, agreeing and performing a technical specification for manufacture, if I fill one in;
• contacting me about this enquiry and preparing a contract at my initiative;
• protecting the form against automated spam (the submission details are kept for this).

The data is not used for mailings or advertising.

3. Data covered

My data:

• name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• any other contact I give (for example, a Telegram username);
• name of the studio, bureau or company and the city;
• the text of the enquiry and any other information I enter in the form myself;
• submission details: IP address, browser information, the address of the page with the form, date and time.

Client data given in a technical specification: the project name, the client’s name and contact details, the note, attached images. If I am the client, this is my data. If the client is another person, I give their data with their consent and confirm that they have read this Consent.

4. Actions with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is mixed: with and without the use of automation.

5. Storage and transfer

Data from the forms on vargov.ru is received and stored by the Operator’s server at the hosting provider Timeweb Cloud in Russia. The Operator is notified in the Telegram messenger without personal data: the notification contains only the number and type of the request or technical specification and the articles of the compositions, and the Operator views the data itself on the site after signing in.

For manufacture, the technical specification is passed to the Operator’s own production without the client’s name and contact details: the project name, the note and the composition parameters. Names, phone numbers and addresses are not entered in these fields — the specification form says so.

6. Cross-border transfer

My personal data from the forms on vargov.ru is not transferred outside the Russian Federation.

7. Term and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than the retention periods stated in the Privacy Policy, or until it is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn by writing to the Operator at info@vargov.ru or to the correspondence address. After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receipt (Article 21(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). The exception is cases where the Operator may continue processing without consent on the grounds provided for by that law.

8. Voluntary and separate consent

This consent is given separately from any other document and does not depend on accepting any other terms. A form on vargov.ru is not sent unless the consent box is ticked. The Operator can also be contacted directly by email or messenger.

How data is processed, retention periods and the rights of the personal data subject are described in the Privacy Policy (vargov.ru/en/privacy). The Policy is a separate document and does not constitute this Consent.
